In therapy, you will learn how to explore the underlying beliefs that are making you feel anxious and work on changing them. You will develop skills to self-soothe,  allowing you to grow your self-assurance to approach situations with a positive outlook, managing the feelings of fear and dread that are holding you back.

Anyone can learn to have a great self-esteem. Evidence based therapies are backed by science and extensive research, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I help people challenge and restructure the beliefs that are limiting them.

MIND-BODY APPROACH

Awareness of the mind-body connection is backed by researchers that scientifically prove the complex links between the mind and body, which you can use to relate to your thoughts in a different way, by self-compassion and acceptance. I am trained in Meditation for Everyday Living (Harvard Medical School, 2019) and I utilize guided imagery and mindfulness to help individuals who are managing difficult emotions.
